“Oh no, Chérie! Isn’t today’s world complicated enough? What is left to hold onto? What can we still rely on? Are there still such things as certainties? And now scoundrels, swindlers, impostors, and fraudsters are conquering the theatre stage too! Wait — what do you mean ‘conquering’? Weren’t they always there? Hanswurst, Falstaff, Columbina, even the Devil himself, Mephisto — aren’t they the greatest tricksters of all? But isn’t it rather that reality in the year 2026 has long since overtaken the theatre? Hasn’t the whole world become a playground for these tricksters who want to plunge us all into chaos? What on earth are we supposed to do now?”

In any case, the ensemble of “Konsortium Luft und Tiefe” dives headfirst and with great relish into ludicrous stories about tricksters until everyone — absolutely everyone — has completely lost their bearings. Intense, poetic, musical, and humorous!
